Jaime has been working with DIGS since 2018 and acquired the company in 2019. 

Jaime has built his career in the construction and real estate development industries. He is an undergraduate of Vanderbilt University (Civil Engineering) and holds graduate degrees from both Xavier University (MBA) and Northwestern University (MPM). Jaime is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio.

Jaime is active in the Cincinnati community. He lives with his wife Alison and their three daughters, in a Hyde Park house completely renovated by DIGS.

Alissa Groth

CFO

Alissa is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford. Prior to joining DIGS, she spent over 11 years as an investment advisor in the Cincinnati area as well as several years in NYC as CFO of a couture fashion design house.

Annette Askam

Vice President of Design & Construction

Annette directs design and construction project management at DIGS. With 30 years industry experience, she is detail oriented and a creative problem solver.

Annette has successfully overseen scores of client projects of all sizes and complexities.  She keeps your project on time and on budget.

Christine Kommer

Interior Designer

A trained lawyer with a keen eye for style and detail, Christine began assisting friends in transforming their houses into homes with that unidentifiable “something.” She has an inimitable sense of composition and a fresh take on the classics when it comes to design.

Christine has her undergrad degree from Duke University and graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law. With a love of color and a splash of patina, Christine effortlessly brings chic yet timeless designs to life.
